What Makes for a Good Candidate?

It all begins with an idea, yes. But there’s more. Maybe they line up with much of what you believe, but their people skills are remiss. Maybe they are dynamic people, but don’t hold to conservative principles. Whatever it is, the way you can tell a quality candidate is... How would you fill in the blank? Or are you waiting for someone else to tell you how to think?

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your idea is that it’s going to continue to evolve and you can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
